The Apartment

The apartment stretches over two floors, and features large floor-to-ceiling windows on both floors that allow a splendid view into the garden.
The groud floor consists of a spacious living and dining area as well as a kitchen counter, while the upper floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom.
There is also a spacious landing which offers room for cupboards or similar storage systems. A further guest bathroom can be found on the ground floor.
One of the bedrooms on the top floor can be accessed by the exterior staircase.

There is a storage room in the cellar, as well as a communal space for washing machines.
The yard offers ample space for bicycle parking and can even be accessed by car.

The Bathrooms

The master bathroom as well as the guest bathroom are equipped to a high standard, and feature prominent materials and elegant lines.

The Garden

Every apartment is allocated a plot of land in the garden area, which can be utilised individually. This is a unique situation in Berlin, as eight large garden plots were consolidated into something resembling a private park. This park borders to St. Nicolai and St. Marien cemetary as well as the ‚Leisepark‘. The appearance as a private park is further enhanced by the lack of fences or similar borders between the individual plots.
